I'm a real estate broker in Indiana. I've been in the real estate business since 1984 both as a broker and an appraiser so I understand the nuances and things that we've gone through in market activity and things. Ben was an outstanding real estate agent for me when I was seeking to purchase a home. I reached out to him and within minutes he responded to me. I was very anxious about the whole process but Ben was with me the entire way. He was always available to show me a property I asked for. He would send me listings for us to view based on what I was looking for, that's how I found the place I love. I had many questions throughout the financing and closing and Ben was always happy to help either with finding me the answer or finding me the person who had the answer. When issues arose Ben had my back, giving me options, speaking for me on my behalf, and ultimately helping me come to a resolution. He truly was working for me through the whole process.
