My Fianc? and I met Bob Shannon back in September when I tried to setup a tour for a house that was in his district. He was fantastic during the time I worked with him then, so I called him up in April and he worked with me for a few more weeks. I sent him multiple houses multiple different times and he always came back with an answer for each within 24 hours. Most of the time it was with even less time having had elapsed. His communication about everything from looking at houses, to what to do and have at certain times during the purchasing process, could not have been conducted more professionally. We contacted Bob initially as kind of a random choice from Google as we didn't know anyone to get a referral for this area. He was great, and very patient as we looked at plenty of houses. He really started to get a feel for what we wanted/needed in a house and helped point out downsides and upsides of potential properties. When we finally decided to put in an offer, Bob was great about giving us information on what would help our offer stand out and win the house, despite not being the highest offer. We only had to put in an offer on 1 house! He then gave great recommendations on people for all the inspections and everything else, working closely with our mortgage officer to move up the closing by 10 days. Overall, it was our best house buying experience to date, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Bob again.

This was my first home I have ever purchased. When I met Bob for the first home showing we hit it off. We then discovered we know a lot of the same people, including my deceased step father who I adored. Once I found out we had connections that made it that much better dealing with him, he was knowledgeable and he was there with me and listened to my wants. I knew and everyone should know this you will not get all your wants unless you have an over abundance of money, I however did not so I was okay with that. I also knew that when I found my home it would be a feeling and sure enough the 7th house was the one. Bob was with me the whole step of the way, got me with Amy at Ruoff mortgage, who is also exceptional at her job and role in the process. Bob is polite, professional, responsive in communication, he in my opinion goes above and beyond! I would never use another! Even after I moved in he is still helping me when I call or text him.
