Cynthia Trapp was amazing. Cynthia specifically came highly recommended from our mortgage loan officer and that had a huge impact in us feeling comfortable working with Cressy & Everett. We are first time homebuyers and the purchase of our home was a big deal for my husband and I. We had never bought or invested in anything so large-scale before, but Cynthia made the process enjoyable and fluid. She was always available to talk us through things or address any concerns that we had. We always felt that she was "on our side" and was working for us to get the best deal and home possible. We toured a home on the day that offers were due. After we decided that we wanted to make an offer, Cynthia spared no time in getting the contract written up and sent out by the deadline. Cynthia was the most amazing realtor to work with. We looked at a lot of properties in our search for a vacation home near Lake Michigan, and she was always willing and ready to schedule showings for us at the drop of a hat- something that was very important in today's real estate market. She was amazing with our negotiations, and was even able to recommend the BEST lender for us when our previous lender was being unresponsive on the weekend regarding an updated pre-approval letter. Cynthia was very knowledgeable about the area where we ultimately decided to purchase (South Haven), and was able to give us great advice about the properties we looked at. After we were under contract her level of communication and attention did not waver, and she was always willing to get on a call with any questions or concerns I had. I would and will be recommending Cynthia to anyone looking for a home in the SW Michigan area- especially those who are looking for a second home. Our family is so grateful for her and her amazing work!

I utilized Cynthia as my out of state sales agent. She stayed in touch over a long period of time and we finally listed. I appreciated her earning the listing and staying in touch over the winter. The pictures and drone work was exceptional (hired out and still the best I've seen). The home went under contract fast (days) and we had a long closing period due to lender/title company issues. She stayed on top throughout the process and had a relationship that was very helpful at the end. I know she is available long days and knows when to text, email and call depending on the importance of the situation. She is knowledgeable and capable. I would suggest any buyer or seller spell out what's expected and she will stay on track and get it done. If your home doesn't sell right away, what do you expect her to do? Inspections are critical and you may want her to attend. Cynthia's attendance at the final walk through was important and helpful for all parties. Overall, I would use Cynthia again and have referred her to a family member which is the greatest compliment!

I have dealt with several realtors and Cynthia is the best. Hardworking, diligent, and intelligent. I don't know if this would have happened without Cynthia. I am not sure what Cynthia could do to make this type of experience any better. She is the BEST agent that I have ever dealt with.
