I live in Japan and needed to sell the family home after my sister died. The house was in very poor shape and banks wouldn't even finance it. Lisa LeBlanc showed great patience and was very non-judgmental when she viewed it. She gave me a reasonable estimate for a "cash only" sale. And when a friend's daughter and son-in-law expressed interested in buying it for the estimated sales price, Lisa followed my wishes and did not advertise the property or show it; thus, when the estate was established and the sale was allowed to go through, the house went to the people I knew. I found Lisa to be friendly, caring, professional and easy to communicate with. Since I live in Tokyo, things had to be done via email; Lisa always replied in a speedy manner, even just to say that she was working on things. She was efficient in helping me get documents notarized online, and was always encouraging. Thank you so much, Lisa.
