Marybeth was very responsive to our concerns and questions. She responded via text, phone, and email based on our needs and availability throughout the home search and purchasing process. We felt she was much more helpful than other professionals we've worked with in the past elsewhere in Indiana--she stayed organized and proactively prepared us for the various steps of the home search and home-buying experience. She even responded to our texts after the purchase was finalized when we didn't have running water at our new house and needed to reach out to the seller for past history info about our new well. Very happy with Marybeth's help! We would work with her again and recommend her to friends.

We have never had a realtor like Mary Beth who goes out of her way to help her clients. She sold a house 3 doors from our & spent days and hours to clean & paint the interior of that house to stage it for a quick sale. She did the same thing for our house. Of the 15 previous properties we have sold over 55 years, she is the only realtor who really put her clients first. . Mary Beth brought an offer to us within 2 weeks of listing the property. However the buyer asked for closing delays 6 times which pushed the closing many weeks beyond the original closing date. When the 6th closing date arrived, the buyer did not show up, therefore Mary Beth quickly put the house back on the market and brought us another buyer, When the new buyer arranged financing, we had a closing. We may have had a trustworthy buyer weeks before, but the realtor (from another agency) representing the first buyer was very difficult to work with. The experience Mary Beth had with the first buyer was very complicated by the first buyer's realtor agent.I believe the first buyer may have completed the closing if not for the nasty interference and coarse language from the other realtor. I am amazed as I witnessed Mary Beth's calming and patience. She is a real professional. The people at the front desk quickly offered a snack and some fresh coffee. Two other people in management were with us and spent time with us through the weeks of problems and tensions the first buyer and her agent created for all of us. I don't know what is the appropriate steps to take now that the property at 16100 Barryknoll Way is sold, but I hope something can be done to express our disapointment with the agent representing the first buyer. Cressy & Everett and Mary Beth Erichsen are very kind and have gone out of their way to support us and help us. My only concern is that the agent from the other agency needs to be either retained or disciplined for her unprofessional actions.

Marybeth was awesome thro our buying and selling process, as there was much conflict on what was best location for my husband and I. There were many times i wanted to give up but Marybeth always encouraged me there is the perfect house out there and it takes time! We knew we would have no problem selling but it was buying we were afraid of... Marybeth will always have my first choice of recommendation bc she didnt only see this as money to her, she seen it as a helpful hand to young adults and she was determined to help us. During the inspection part and closing part of buying we ran onto some difficulties then as well and Marybeth left us with much reassurance we would nake things right! Understanding our work scheduals she was well on top of the fact we wanted in our new house at a reasonable time of day! Luckily in the end everything worked out to our benefit we were in early and very pleased with the outcome!
