we are the company and are in this business from long time buying, renting and selling, what i don't like harassing the seller to reduce the price and accept the offer, comply the buyers demanding repairs etc. otherwise will loose buyer and that you will be unable to sell this property etc. this kind of experience we have when you choose the dual agent which we normally not doing but in this case we signed because you sent me the papers to sign at the end and at that time the agent couldn't keep balance which caused between us a little confusion, misunderstanding and madness but overall we are very much happy, she is knowledgeable, hard worker, helping personality, helped us beyond her limits in fiending contractors and handymans, watching and visiting vacant property just to keep eyes on the vacant property to keep it safe and well informed, we are glad to have this great company agent and broker, we would recommend to our friends and everyone who is need to sell or buy, i am sorry if i wrote some little facts in the beginning just for the sake of business errors to be removed or taken care of, Thanks Shirley Behm and say thanks to your supervisor as well may GOD bless and give you more success in the future.

This home buying experience was way different than my last one. New market trends with current inflation are very difficult to overcome on a fixed budget or any budget for that matter.. we had to dig deep and wait for houses to become available. Most "affordable homes" are gone before you can see them and scooped up by "Professional Flippers# making it nearly impossible for a do it yourself sweat equity guy like me to have a chance. The area I was searching has a bigger problem with this. Fortunately Shirley persevered and helped us find our new forever home under budget and in a great neighborhood. I'm sure we all grew and learned invaluable information as we worked together to find and secure our new house. Thank you Shirley for your wisdom and willingness to try almost anything to find our house.
