What can i say that hasn't been said already. Shirley truly is a blessing. I consider her family after a sale and 2 homes purchased through her. She is the nicest person i have ever met and is not afraid to speak up and put someone in their place when needed. She goes out of her way, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make sure your purchase or sale goes without a hitch. She has networked beyond belief amd if you have an issue, shirley can find someone to fix it very quickly. She truly made the process a million times less stressful. She made sure our needs were met, our wants were heard, and our points got across perfectly. There really is not a better realtor in the tri state area. Cressy and everett are truly blessed to have someone like shirley working for them. She is a go getter, a doer and a critical thinker. I more than highly recommend her to anyone that needs anything related to housing. Even beyond sale and buying as she truly knows everyone. Shirley Behm was more than we could have asked for. She was very professional and extremely helpful. She is always up beat and extremely friendly. She actually thought of house to show us which we ended up buying. She was always available when we needed her even on the weekends. She handled everything for us which was a relief since we lived 1 1/2 hours away and couldn't always make it up there. Even though now it has been two weeks since we closed on our house, she still has been in contact with us asking us about the house. I feel like we started out with a real estate agent and ended up with another really good friend. She would be the first person I called if I needed a real estate agent or if someone I knew was looking for one.

Shirley Behm was a fantastic agent! When we found a few "potentially unacceptable" items during the inspection of my now new home, she contacted a couple of trades people to discuss the findings in order to figure out resolution. Shirley was super responsive and gathered information so she was prepared before getting back to me. I felt like the whole process was very smooth, with very few hiccups at all. The entire process actually didn't take long once the offer was accepted. It was actually pretty painless! I would recommend Shirley because once she knew what I was looking for, she would let me know if something fit. She was very courteous and kind. She didn't seem to be out for the sale; she was more concerned that I got what I wanted, in the price range I was comfortable with. I never felt pressured to make an offer on a house I really didn't want or couldn't afford. She was always saying "When the right one comes along, you will know." I REALLY like that aspect of Shirley. I have a tough time with salespeople; she was not offputting AT ALL.
