When we interviewed Shirley Behm for the position of our realtor, she showed real enthusiasm about our home, not just about selling our house and getting the commission. She realized that we were selling more than a house, we were selling a part of ourselves. With the investment we had in our home, it wasn't just a house and Shirley understood that and conveyed that understanding to us. During her first visit, she took notes so we didn't have to repeat information later. When we had our second interview with her, she really shone in her sales campaign delivery to us. It was clear that she had done her homework and research. She didn't just tell us how she was going to sell our house, she showed us how she would sell our house. She was prepared. Shirley was so patient with us. She gave us the advice that we needed to help sell our home and get through the selling process. She was more than helpful in all that she did - even loaning us her vacuum cleaner when ours died and spending a couple of hours helping us pack. She really went above and beyond.
